must seriously have done some bad stuff while i was not on a healthy lifestyle because i worked out for 15 minutes and am dead
I haven’t been on track for months and I’m going to go back to it now as it’s so important, I’ve gained weight back and I feel shit and not to mention I go back to school in 2 weeks….!

I haven’t been on track for around a month and it’s so bad. I have broken up from school for summer and I have reached a stage where I am happy with my body to leave it, but I know I’m going to gain weight if I continue as I am and I need to get back into it! i’ve also had a huge rush of followers since I last logged in so thank you and please can you give me a little extra motivation? Feeling so annoyed with myself
