I’m not allowed to go into the gym as its not ‘teen gym’ hours. Which basically means I can only use the gym at certain times. I’m pretty sure I’d get away with being in there anytime but I don’t want to risk it just out of my nature.
Long story short, I went swimming instead! I love that my gym has sosoosososoooooooo many facilities available to me! A great gym, a HUGE pool, shit ton of other stuff! Ah so happy I decidied to go swimming I literally decided to within about 2 minutes! Had to send the boyf home….he understands! Phew.
I have noticed major muscle difference recently! I feel soooo much stronger and my legs feel very very strong and I can see a lot more definition in them than I could before. Yay! I’ve also noticed a smaller amount of fat on my tummy but I’m on my period so I can’t weigh myself accurately right now :-(
And I’ve drank soo much water recently! Seriously the benefits of it are all true! I love water I don’t drink anything else except the odd glass of orange juice.

Yesterday was an okay food day compared to my other days:
Breakfast
Super yummy healthy organic cereal shizz with semi skim milk
Lunch:
salad with bell pepper and tomatoes
Dinner:
Yummy chicken stir fry (healthy)
Snacks
Apple, 2 bananas, grapes, raisins, a fruit salad
I think I went wrong by having too many snacks so i’m going to try to cut down today. I had a serious case of the munchies yesterday! So happy with myself I didn’t eat anything too awful!
