I’m 15, 5”2’ and currently weigh 113lbs. still in school, working for my GCSE’s and trying to juggle everything!
I started off trying to loose weight in March 2012 and have come very far, pretty quickly. But, I’m doing it all completely healthy so you won’t find any short cuts here! My start weight was 122lbs and I’m currently at 113 yay! I am not regularly weighing myself as it’s the results that I can see that are important to me, not the weight. For the last few weeks/a month I haven’t lost any more weight but I’m still noticing changes so it must therefore be muscle gain which I’m really happy with. I joined the gym on the 12th of May and am so happy with the amazing results I’m seeing! I don’t really know too much about eating clean other than the basics - avoid processed food, trans fats, too much sugar and refined carbs. I don’t even know if that is right though so if I am wrong please send me a message so that I can change what I’m doing because I want to fuel my body with the right things, not the wrong things. I want to reward my body, not punish it.
